I would like to wish you and your family a very happy holiday. Enjoy your much-deserved winter break and time with loved ones. I know that being a kindergartner is hard work, so I hope you are able to rest and take it easy for the next few days. J
We have learned that the winter holiday season is a very special time for families across America and around the world. Time spent celebrating with our friends and family is so special. What better time to share your thankfulness?
I have much to be thankful for, and hope that you know that YOU are a part of MY family. Being a teacher is such a gift in itself, as my students give me a greater purpose in life. I also want to thank you and your family for all of your help, support and donations. Without you, the school year thus far would not have been a success.
Your continued growth is important to me, and I want to be sure that we are ready to continue our forward progress as soon as we return to the classroom. Don’t let your brain FREEZE - - - please complete the enclosed winter break review packet and reading log. Also, the Winter Break Find-A-Friend challenge has been included for extra-credit and a special prize! Remember to read and practice your sight words (popcorn words) every day.
Enjoy the holidays, and I will see you on January 6th!
